being promoted to sergeant and Ems.

I would like to become a sergeant because I think about what's around me and know when to restrain someone. i have been a partol officer for a few days but a pub cop for almost a week and a half and as a patrol officer I've saved and lost officers and died trying to help them out no matter what happens to me. I feel like i know when something like a ambush is or going to happen and I sometimes can tell when its going to happen. i really think i could become this part of the police force as a sergeant.
 
i would like to be ems because 1. i dont think that that we have an ems and we should get one and 2. i would be a fast respond if it was ever needed. its just a secondary/idea tohave. i dont need the ems.
